HARRISBURG – PA Department of Human Services spokeswoman Sara Goulet reminded Pennsylvanians that help is available for those in need during the winter months and year-round. She says resources include help pay rent and utility bills, provide food for families, get health coverage, or help for mental health and emotional issues they may face through the holiday season. All Pennsylvanians experiencing financial hardships due to the pandemic, a lost job, or a change in income are strongly encouraged to apply and see if they qualify for assistance with food, health care, and other essential needs.
