HARRISBURG – PA marked International Overdose Awareness Day on the steps of the state Capitol today. Sen. John Kane of Chester & Delaware Counties addressed a gathering of the world’s largest campaign to end overdoses, remember those who have died, and acknowledge the grief of family and friends left behind. The campaign aims to raise awareness about overdoses and stimulate action and discussion of evidenced based overdose prevention programs and drug policy.
