HARRISBURG – A Dauphin County Amber Alert issued for two boys reported missing in Harrisburg has been canceled. 5-year-old Ammon Long and 4-year-old Ezekial Long were seen in a black 2008 Nissan Maxima operated by 39-year-old Kenneth Smiley. Authorities say the two boys were located and are safe. A Chester County Amber Alert remains in effect. 6-year-old Zoe Moss was last seen at East Ward Elementary School in Downingtown around 6 p.m. October 25. The child was there for a court-ordered, non-school-related supervised visit with her 37-year-old biological mother, Vanessa Gutshall. Gutshall fled with the child in a gray 2016 Volkswagen Jetta with PA registration KXR-3699. Investigators learned that Gutshall was last seen between 7:30 and 8 p.m. on October 25 at the Rivertowne Restaurant & Bar in Wrightsville. An arrest warrant has been issued for Gutshall.
