CARLISLE – The National Transportation Safety Board released a preliminary report on the August 19th crash at Carlisle Regional Airport between a Cessna aircraft and a State Police helicopter. The collision claimed the life of the Cessna pilot, Dr. Paul Sokoloski and injured State Police Cpl. Bryce Corman and Trooper Jason Mills.
