LANCASTER – Today is the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday. Government offices are closed as well as banking institutions and many schools, and there will be no home mail delivery. Numerous organizations will spend the day and the week in community service in honor of Dr. King’s commitment to service and assisting others.
