YORK COUNTY – Authorities in York County say two missing juveniles have been located. Around 1 a.m. yesterday, 15-year-old Hailey Ortman and 17-year-old Jiovanni “Jio” Vega were reported missing from their homes, according to Lower Windsor Township Police. Both were found last evening.
