YORK COUNTY – A York County man missing for more than seven weeks was found dead on Sunday after a single vehicle crash. 41-year-old William Stubblebine of North Hopewell Township had not been seen by family and friends since Thursday, Sept. 10 in the Red Lion/Windsor area. Around 9:10 a.m., police responded to the area of Zion Church and Grim Hollow Roads in Windsor Township for an accident with rollover. Officers found an SUV had gone off the road, down an embankment, across a stream, and resting on its roof. Police found a deceased body on the ground at the scene which was later identified as Stubblebine. The York County Coroner’s Office has ruled the death as accidental.
