DAUPHIN COUNTY – Police in Dauphin County are seeking information on the whereabouts of a missing and endangered woman. Dianne Fraser was last seen on foot near East Glenn Road in Hershey on Tuesday, June 2 around 2 p.m. At the time, she was wearing a green shirt, black hooded sweatshirt, dark gray jacket, black sweatpants, light blue shoes, and mismatched blue and green socks. Police say she has been diagnosed with schizophrenia and has not been taking her medication, which has led to delusions. Although she is not known to be violent, her condition is a concern.
