CUMBERLAND COUNTY – Cumberland County District Attorney Seán McCormack announced that investigators solved the mystery of where a woman missing since 2019 is located. On Friday, September 25, investigators found the skeletal remains of Kimberly Gsell, who was last seen in 2019 at the Rodeway Inn in Middlesex Township. Her whereabouts have been the subject of investigation for the past seven years. McCormack also revealed that police filed first degree murder charges against David Snyder, accusing him a strangling Gsell to death on September 29, 2019. The District Attorney’s Forensic Lab confirmed through its Rapid DNA capabilities the “high probability” that these the remains were those of Gsell. She was also positively identified through dental records. Snyder is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on first degree murder charges on October 7. He remains in the Cumberland County Prison without bail.
