YORK -York City Police are requesting information from the public regarding the whereabouts of two sisters: 17-year-old Andrea Rivas and 15-year-old Jazmin Esteban. The girls were last seen in the 400 block of Walnut Street. Any information on their whereabouts can be submitted to York City Police at 717-846-1234. Tipsters may remain anonymous.
