LANCASTER – Lancaster County authorities are searching for a missing man. 35-year-old Edgard Cirino-Castro, has been missing since January 5th, 2023. His family is concerned for him and wants to know that he is safe and are hoping for him to return home. Anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts is asked to contact Lancaster Police at 717 735-3301.
