LANCASTER COUNTY – A missing 17-year-old Lancaster County girl has been located. Felicity Heiser had left her residence in East Hempfield Township during the overnight hours of Sunday, October 2 into Monday, October 3. Authorities say Heiser has returned home safely as of Monday evening, October 10th.
