DAUPHIN COUNTY – Police in Dauphin County are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing juvenile. 13-year-old Samarah Anderson was last seen in the area of the Willow Garden Apartments in Highspire Borough on July 11, 2026, at around 5 p.m. Samarah is 5’3″ tall, weighs 140 lbs., and has black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, pink pajama pants, and a cheetah-print head wrap. Anyone with information regarding Samarah’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Highspire Borough Police at 717-558-6900.
