LANCASTER – Authorities are searching for a missing Lancaster woman. 41-year-old Natalie Cutugno is a white female who was last seen at her residence in the 1100 block of Wabank Road on July 9th. She has mental health concerns and may not respond to assistance. Natalie is considered a danger to herself at this time. She was last seen wearing a pink halter top with brown or grey leggings. and driving a silver Hyundai Elantra with PA registration MJC 3858.
