HARFORD COUNTY – A missing Maryland woman has been located and was unharmed. 58-year-old Karen Elliott was seen at her home in Bel Air on Saturday, August 5 around 2:20 p.m. when she went missing after heading into a wooded area behind Cypress Drive. Harford County Sheriff’s Office reports that Elliott was found yesterday at 4:00.
