HARRISBURG – PA could attract more jobs and investment from the film industry under a bill introduced by Washington County Sen. Camera Bartolotta. Her bill would increase the state’s film industry incentive from $70 million to $125 million. The program has helped create more than 30,000 jobs, generated more than $5 billion in total economic activity, and $785 million in total state and local taxes. Bartolotta, who serves as Chair of the Senate Labor and Industry Committee, emphasized that expanding the program would lead to more projects, more jobs, and more revenue for PA communities.
