ANNAPOLIS, MD (AP) – Maryland restaurants can resume normal operations this weekend. Gov. Larry Hogan announced that all remaining capacity and distancing restrictions will be lifted effective Saturday on indoor and outdoor dining. He also says indoor and outdoor venues may resume normal operations, as remaining capacity restrictions will be lifted on indoor entertainment venues and conventions with masking protocols in place. Hogan says the state’s indoor mask mandate will be lifted when 70% of Maryland adults receive at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine. As of Tuesday, 65% of Maryland adults had been vaccinated.
