HARRISBURG – At Wednesday’s rally on the state Capitol steps in Harrisburg seeking freedom from Gov. Tom Wolf’s coronavirus restrictions that are negatively impacting individuals and businesses statewide, Lebanon County Rep. Russ Diamond talked about several proposals he’s advancing to keep Pennsylvanians free. One is House Bill 2731 – the Right To Refuse Act – which would establish a right to refuse an employer’s demand for invasive medical testing and/or vaccination in PA. The lawmaker is also proposing measures to help protect the privacy of Pennsylvanians by requiring that cell phones and devices utilizing Internet protocol-enabled service sold in the Commonwealth will require authorization from the user prior to transmitting information and data. He also is proposing a measure that will preserve citizens right to deal in cash when going shopping and not allowing only debit or credit cards to be used as some places are now requiring.
