HARRISBURG (AP) – PA Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar says mail-in ballots received by counties within three days of poll closings will count. But PA’s top election official cautioned that more litigation could change that. She says the late-arriving ballots will be counted separately for the sake of “effective and clear election administration in PA.” The U.S. Supreme Court this week turned away a Republican Party bid to block a state court order granting the extended deadline for mail-in ballots in PA.
