LANCASTER – A police incident has led to an arrest of a Lancaster man. Vehicle and pedestrian traffic was blocked off by police yesterday on the 700 block of N. Shippen Street in Lancaster as police were issuing a warrant. 36-year-old Jayson Velez-Irizarry was taken into police custody. He was facing charges of robbery, strangulation, and criminal mischief.
