LANCASTER – A suspect wanted in a fatal shooting in Lancaster is in custody. 37-year-old Terrance McCain arrived at the Lancaster City Police Station with his attorney and turned himself in. He is accused of the September 30th shooting of a man in the 900 block of S. Duke Street. The male shooting victim was transported to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.
