LANCASTER – Lancaster Police are investigating a crash involving a car which had struck a juvenile riding an electric bicycle. The incident happened Monday, July 27 at about 7:37 p.m. in the 400 block of S. Prince Street. Police say the juvenile sustained serious injuries and was transported to a hospital for treatment.
