LANCASTER COUNTY – Police in Lancaster County responded a two-vehicle accident that happened around 4:45 a.m. today in the 400 block of S. Main Street in Penn Township. Officers arrived to find that the two vehicles collided when the vehicle struck the plow part of a PennDOT truck. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
