LANCASTER COUNTY – Lancaster County’s Manor Township Police report that 23-year-old Mikaail Cotton of Lancaster was taken into custody in New York City yesterday. Cotton was arrested in connection with an alleged firearms offense. Arrangements are underway for Cotton to be extradited to Manor Township, where he is expected to be arraigned on charges stemming from the fatal motor vehicle crash that resulted in the death of 20-year-old Saige Zink of Columbia. She was found inside one of two cars that crashed into the Susquehanna River in the area of Charlestown Road and Water Street in Washington Boro on July 30. Authorities are still searching for two other people who left the scene of the crash: Helmer Soto-Colon and Savahnnah McFerrin.
