EDEN TOWNSHIP – A crash involving a pickup truck and a horse and buggy claimed the life of an Amish teenager and seriously injured three other people in Lancaster County over the weekend. PSP Lancaster said the crash happened during rainy weather on Route 372 east of Quarryville in Eden Township just after 7:30 p.m. Saturday. 16-year-old Samuel Lapp of Peach Bottom died in the crash and his older brother was airlifted to Hershey Medical Center in critical condition. Police said a 20-year-old woman and another 16-year-old youth had serious injuries. The two people in the truck, identified as 21-year-old Jordan Habecker of Gap and 22-year-old Brandie Walker of Birdsboro, were not hurt.
