LANCASTER – A Lancaster County hit and run accident is under investigation. The incident occurred Friday, October 14 around 4:10 p.m. in the 100 block of Millersville Pike. Police say a blue Porsche Panamera struck the victim’s vehicle and then fled the scene heading westbound on Millersville Pike. The Porsche left behind its front bumper and windshield washer assembly.
