HARRISBURG – A wide expansion of mail-in voting in PA has survived a legal challenge. The PA Supreme Court upheld Act 77 by a 5 to 2 vote. Millions of state voters have chosen to cast ballots by mail in recent elections. Responding to the ruling, York County Rep. Seth Grove, who chairs the House State Government Committee, said “While some may celebrate this ruling and others denounce it, the reality is we still have election laws and processes that are failing our voters and election administrators. Until we update our voting laws, PA will continue to have chaos in our elections.” You can read the court’s decision by CLICKING HERE.
