LANCASTER – Saturday afternoon’s Spotlight features a discussion on the human cost of denying religious freedom. It’s a panel discussion held at the 2021 National Religious Broadcasters Convention featuring moderator Kristen Waggoner of Alliance Defending Freedom talking to Jack Phillips of Masterpiece Bake Shop, who refused to bake a wedding cake for a homosexual couple because of his religious beliefs and has been subject to harassment and court cases. Also featured is Dr. Jerry Davis, President of the College of the Ozarks, which is being challenged by the Biden Administration to violate their religious beliefs by opening their dormitories, including dorm rooms and shared shower spaces, to members of the opposite sex. Saturday afternoon’s Spotlight airs at 12:30 on WDAC and 2:30 on WBYN 107.5. You can listen to the program online right now at under “podcasts.”
