HARRISBURG – PA House Republicans held a press conference announcing that the House will have an opportunity to vote to end Gov. Tom Wolf’s emergency declaration now at the 180 day mark or vote to allow it to continue in perpetuity. The lawmakers say they plan to hold Wolf accountable for his actions. York County Rep. Seth Grove said transparency from the Governor is lacking. House Majority Leader, Rep. Kerry Benninghoff says PA needs change. House Resolution 836 will be brought up for a veto override vote before the end of the week. A two-thirds majority vote is needed for it to pass.
