The package of bills passed today, include House Resolution 111Legislation that would require the Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing to conduct a study into the investigation, prosecution and sentencing of violations of the Pennsylvania Uniform Firearms Act of 1995, H.B. 773Legislation that would protect families and drivers from repeat DUI offenders, H.B. 1546 Legislation to provide confidentiality of personal information for public safety officials, and H.B. 2039 Legislation to assert a victim’s right to testify at a bail hearing.
