YORK – Police are investigating a fatal shooting in York. On Tuesday, October 2nd around 9:20 p.m. officers responded to the 400 block of W. Market Street and located a 35-year old-man who sustained injuries. The victim, who has not yet been identified, was transported to York Hospital and later died.
