YORK – York Police are investigating a homicide. Yesterday, officers responded to the 700 block of Kelly Drive and discovered a 19-year-old male deceased from an apparent gunshot wound. Detectives were notified and are investigating. The incident appears to be an isolated, targeted act of violence. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact York City Police at 717-846-1234.
