WEST YORK – West York Borough Police arrested an 18-year-old male in connection with a domestic-related incident. It occurred in the 1400 block of W. Market Street. Authorities say the male is being charged with criminal homicide. Police say there is no ongoing threat to the public. More information is expected to be released later.
