HARRISBURG – Police in Harrisburg are investigating a homicide. On Saturday August 29, at about 2 a.m., officers responded to the 900 block of North 3rd Street for a report of shots fired with a person struck. Upon arrival, they located a deceased adult male victim inside of a residence. An investigation was immediately initiated and is ongoing at this time.
