LANCASTER – The man accused of the death of a Lancaster County Amish woman is scheduled to plead guilty in court. Justo Smoker stands accused of the kidnapping and murder of 18-year-old Linda Stoltzfoos, who failed to return to her home near Bird-in Hand after attending church on June 21 of last year. Her body was found April 21st of this year wrapped in a tarp and buried along railroad tracks near Dutchland, Inc. of Gap where Smoker had been employed. Smoker is to appear before Judge David Ashworth at Lancaster County Court at 9 a.m. today. At this point, it is not known to which charges Smoker is pleading guilty.
