LANCASTER – An East Earl Township, Lancaster County woman has pleaded guilty to killing two people in a fiery crash in 2023. 52-year-old Beth Fife pleaded guilty before a judge to two counts of homicide by vehicle, two counts of involuntary manslaughter, two counts recklessly endangering another person, and three summary traffic offenses. Fife was traveling nearly 40 mph above the posted speed limit moments before she lost control of her vehicle and crashed head-on into Allen English and Grace English-Rohrer’s vehicle along West 28th Division Highway in Penn Township in December 2023. The collision caused English and English-Rohrer’s vehicle to catch fire. Both of them died. A judge is scheduled to sentence Fife in December.
