LANCASTER COUNTY – Police in Lancaster County are investigating the fraudulent use of a victim’s debit card to make purchases at Best Buy in Lancaster. Authorities have identified one of the suspects, but a second suspect remains to be identified. On August 2, the individual purchased two gift cards and a magnetic phone holder using the victim’s debit card information. The total loss was over $931. You can see pictures of the suspect below.
