HARRISBURG – PA’s State System of Higher Education approved a framework to guide operations of the system’s 14 universities for the upcoming fall semester. The framework is designed to provide flexibility for universities to plan locally while doing so in a fashion that meets system-wide standards. All 14 State System universities are making plans that allow for some form of face-to-face instruction in the fall with those plans to be finalized in the coming weeks. Chancellor Dan Greenstein said leadership at their universities are engaging their local communities to develop their plans for fall with a focus on how to mitigate risks while re-engaging face-to-face instruction.
