LANCASTER – A fatal shooting is under investigation In Lancaster. On June 17th, before 3 a.m, police responded to the 600 block of N Plum Street and found a 27-year-old woman deceased of an apparent gunshot wound. Shortly after locating the first victim, officers were notified that there were two additional adult victims at a local hospital, each with non-fatal gunshot-related injuries. An investigation led authorities to identify 20-year-old Timothy Allen of Lancaster as a suspect in the shootings. A warrant has been issued for Allen’s arrest and his whereabouts are currently unknown.
