YORK – Police in York are investigating a fatal shooting. Officers responded Monday, August 1 around 1:33 p.m. to the 300 block of Miller Lane and discovered a 37-year-old man who sustained an apparent gunshot wound. Despite life-saving actions, the victim died from his injuries. The victim has not yet been identified. Detectives are investigating and, so far, there are no suspects or a motive for the shooting.
