LANCASTER COUNTY – State Police are investigating a fatal two-vehicle crash that occurred in southern Lancaster County. Troopers responded to the 2400 block of Robert Fulton Highway in Fulton Township on Saturday, Aug. 30 around 11:12 p.m. Authorities report that a vehicle crossed over the center line and was struck by another motorist. 32-year-old Austin Owens was pronounced dead on scene by the Lancaster County Coroner’s Office.
