DAUPHIN COUNTY – Two people perished after a Dauphin County fire. Yesterday around 10:20 a.m., Lower Paxton Township Police and multiple fire departments responded to the 6500 block of Fairfax Drive for a residential fire with entrapment. Crews entered the home and discovered a female, unresponsive in a second-floor hallway. The female was taken to the front yard, but never gained consciousness. She was identified as 33-year-old Alysse Saucedo, who lived at the residence. A deceased male was also found on the second floor in a bathroom. His identity has not yet been released. Four dogs also died inside the residence. Three additional dogs were located outside and unharmed. They have been transported to the Dauphin County Humane Society. Police say this an ongoing investigation. Autopsies will be conducted tomorrow.
