DAUPHIN COUNTY – State Police are investigating a fatal commercial vehicle crash that occurred Sunday morning in Dauphin County. Officers responded around 7:10 a.m. to Route 743 and Laudermilch Road in East Hanover Township. Investigators say a 2019 Freightliner was northbound on Route 743 and lost control while negotiating a snow covered downhill left curve. The driver entered the southbound lane where it was struck by a 2021 International. The Freightliner driver, a 45-year-old man from Martinsburg, WV, was not hurt. The driver of the International was taken to Hershey Medical Center where he died from his injuries. The identities of the drivers have not been released.
