LANCASTER – Stormy weather from yesterday afternoon has led to flooded roadways, downed trees and limbs, and scattered power outages around the region. Utility crews are out working to restore power to those impacted. A number of area roads are closed due to flooding and downed trees. Be alert and drive carefully this morning. More thunderstorms are in the forecast for today which could bring the potential for more heavy rain and flash flooding.
