Freedom 5K & Fun Run

Have the most fun making a difference! Come out for the Freedom 5K & Fun Run to combat trafficking and help women and children after trauma.
The Freedom 5K Run/Walk & .75mi Fun Run will be Saturday, October 19th at Salisbury Township Community Park, also known as “Gap Park.” All proceeds will benefit All Things Possible to reach and restore victims of trauma.
Starting time for the 5K is 9:00am. The 5K course will be comprised of four laps around the park. The paved surface contains low grade inclines and declines and meanders through trees and around ball fields in beautiful Lancaster County.
The Fun Run will be one lap around the park, with a distance of .75 mile. The Fun Run will begin following the 5K awards presentation.
Family and friends are invited to attend this community event along with the participants. (We welcome strollers!) The park features a playground, and a variety of children’s activities will be available free of charge. FL Kids will host a Trunk-or-Treat for families following the Freedom 5K & Fun Run, at 10:30am.
CAUSE
All Things Possible have helped thousands of children, women, and members of our military discover new hope and experience lasting changes. Programs include:
- Pedophile Hunter Fund to Fight Traffickers and Pedophiles
- House of Refuge to provide housing, supplies and clothing for women who have been the victims of sex trafficking, abuse and domestic violence.
- Project Restore to provide medical and surgery support for children who have suffered life-threatening trauma and deformity.
- Lion & Lamb Comfort Toys for displaced children living in IDP Camps.
- Curriculum & Films distributed to men and women suffering from PTSD.

Refreshments will be provided for all participants.
Emergency medical services will be on standby.
The Freedom 5K will occur rain or shine.
