LANCASTER – Lancaster Police are investigating a dog attack. On Friday, November 7 around 5:15 p.m., officers responded to multiple reports of a dog attack on the 400 block of Beaver Street. One resident was chased, while two others claimed they were were bitten, including a child who was transported to the hospital for treatment. To safely secure the dog, officers used non-lethal force. The dog’s owner arrived on scene after it was safely contained and retrieved the animal.
