LANCASTER – State Police in Lancaster have arrested a doctor in a sexual assault case. On September 30, a victim received treatment from Dr. Vladimir Iakomi at the Plain Community Health Care in Bart Twp., Lancaster County. The victim told police she had fallen asleep and awoke about thirty minutes later as she was being assaulted. Police obtained an arrest warrant and took Iakomi into custody. He was arraigned and released on $125,000 bail pending a preliminary hearing.
