HARRISBURG – An important deadline is approaching when it comes to the upcoming November 8 election, according to Lancaster County Sen. Scott Martin. Today, October 24 is the deadline if you are not registered to vote in PA. Martin said after that, if people want to apply for an absentee or mail-in ballot, that request must be received by your county election office by November 1 at 5 p.m. The completed mail-in or absentee ballot must be received by 8 p.m. on Election Day.
