LANCASTER COUNTY – Today is the deadline to appeal the 2027 Lancaster County Property Reassessment. The Property Assessment Office can not accept appeal forms submitted via email. Appeal forms must have original, owner signatures to be processed. Appeal forms must be postmarked no later than the appeal deadline which is today, August 3, or dropped off in the Lancaster County Property Assessment Office by 5:00 p.m. today.
