HARRISBURG – Dauphin County authorities are searching for a missing man. On Tuesday July 19, police were advised that Donald Harris had not been seen or heard from since Saturday July 16th. Harris is an uptown Harrisburg resident and suffers from medical conditions that require medication for treatment. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Harris is asked to contact Harrisburg Police at 717-558-6900.
